Healthy Eating

Hi guys ,I am back.This week , I am going to write about Healthy Eating.As you know ,we need the energy from the food we eat.However,it is important to eat healthily.If we do not eat healthily ,we could suffer from some diseases.Eating oily and fried food everday is not eating healthily.Healthy food includes rice ,meat,vegetables and fruits,thus we must include this in our daily meals.Fast food is one of the most unhealthy food,but yet people today loves eating this. It is ok to eat it occasionally but some people eat it almost everyday.Eating unhealthily can lead us to diabetes.We can eat yogurt with some toppings on it instead of snacks such as potato chips, prawn cracker and tibits.Eating fruits and vegetables contains vitamins which can prevent us from contracting diseases.Between fruits and vegetables ,I would prefer fruits because it is tastier than vegetables.There is a campaign in my school called 'Fruittie Veggie Bites' or something like that. I will support it as it teaches us the importance of eating healthily.Another way is to encourage children(like me)to eat more fruits and vegetables so as to remind them about the risks of not eating healthily.
